• Our good morning breakfast for now no longer at the buffet but served from 8.00 to 10.00 in our rooms on the ground floor and, during the summer, on our boat terrace and internal garden. For your continental breakfast, à la carte choice of sweet cone homemade cakes, variety of fruit juices, yoghurt and jams, scented croissants and bread.
• The Relax Corner: every day the relaxation corner with homemade desserts, snacks, soft drinks fruit juices and herbal teas in the tavern / garden area from 16.00 to 17.30;
• Boat - Terrace on the Canale Maggiore, illuminated by the old "Lumiere" for a romantic dinner with an ancient flavor;
• Internet connection and WIFI service in the room and in the common rooms;
• Air conditioning;
• Tourist brochures available for customers;
• Bicycles service from March to October for your walks to discover our Territory

Payment services:

• Tourist tax: 0.70 Eur per person per day (Exempt from the payment of the tourist tax: a) minors up to the twelfth year of age; b) volunteers who offer their service in the municipal area for environmental and humanitarian emergencies; c) personnel belonging to the police forces, state and local, to the other armed forces, to the national body of firefighters and to the Civil Protection, who stay for service needs; d) bus drivers and tour leaders who provide assistance to groups organized by travel and tourism agencies. The exemption applies to every bus driver and to a tour guide every twenty-five participants; e) the employees of the manager of the accommodation structure who carry out work there; f) disabled persons with 100% disability with suitable certification and their companion (one person per disabled person).
• Half board service with table service in the evening with 3 courses of your choice based on fish or meat with variations of seasonal dishes, one of which at km 0:

• € 40.00 per person per day for adults;

• € 20.00 per person from 4 to 12 years;

• free from 0 to 3 years

• Extra bed supplement € 20.00 per day per person

• Extra drinks and Minibar

• Four-legged friends: we accept small dogs, with prior notice. We will be grateful if you bring a blanket and a basket for your dog with you. (Supplement of € 10.00 per day)

Important information:

• Arrivals and Departures: on the day of arrival the rooms will be available starting from 14.00. On the day of departure, please vacate them by 11.00 am.
• Evening Arrivals: In case of your arrival after 20.00, please notify the Reception Staff by telephone.

Cancellation conditions:

For all rates Pay Now and Save 10% - Bed & Breakfast - Non Refundable Rate All cancellations: penalty equal to the cost of the entire stay. No-show: penalty equal to the cost of the entire stay.
For all Flex rates (Bed & Breakfast) The reservation can be freely modified or canceled free of charge up to 4 days before the arrival date. Late cancellations or no-shows at the hotel will result in the first night being charged to the credit card given to guarantee the reservation. The credit card is required only to guarantee the reservation. No deposit will be charged.
In case of early departure, the entire stay is charged.
