Listing with Bed and Breakfast

• Our Good morning breakfast served from 8.00 to 10.30 . For your breakfast the sweet and savory buffet : homemade cakes , variety of juices, yogurts and jams , croissants and fragrant bread. In addition, the angle of savory meats and cheeses x wish you a sweet " Good day " served outdoors during the summer in our garden . For late risers the same will be served at the bar until 11:00 am ;
• Sitting Area: Relax corner of each day with homemade cakes , snacks , soft drinks, fruit juices and herbal teas in the Osteria / Garden from 16.00 to 17.30 ;
• Boat - Terrace Canal Maggiore , illuminated by the old " Lumiere " for a romantic dinner with an antique flavor . ( In summer) ;
• Dial-up Internet service on the  rooms and WiFi in public areas ;
• Air Conditioning ;
• Tourist brochures available for customers ;
• Bicycles for your walks to discover our territory (deposit € 5.00 per bike);
• Walks: \ "tour" along the canals of the historic center and "Excursions" with our companion of Luciano. Every day from April to October on request at the Reception, from 10.00 to 12.00 and from 16.00 to 18.00.(Min. 6 participants);
• Shuttle Boat service from the parking lot at \ ' active hotel from April to October every day from 9.30 to 12.00 and from 15.00 to 18.00 (on request at the Reception).

 Extra charge:

Half board with table service dinner with 3 menus to choose fish or meat with flavors of seasonal dishes including one at km 0:

• euro 30.00 per person per day for adults;
•  € 15.00 per person from 4 to 12 years;.

Supplement for extra bed EUR 20.00 per day

Baby cot € 10.00 per day

Four-legged friends: we accept small dogs, with prior notice. We would appreciate it if you will bring with you a blanket and basket for your dog. (Surcharge of 10.00 per day).

Important information: 

 Arrivals and departures: the day of arrival the rooms are available from 14.00 hours. On the day of departure, please deliver them within the hours 11.00. 

Arrivals in the evening: In case of arrival after 20.00 hours, please notify by telephone Staff. 

Conditions of cancellation:

no penalty is provided for cancellations received later than 18.00 hours of 7° day before arrival.For cancellations received after this deadline, and in case of non-arrival is provided for a penalty equal to amount of the first night. In case of cancellation no later than 18.00 hours of 7° day before arrival, the deposit is refunded.In case of cancellations made after this period or non-arrival (no show), the deposit will be withheld as compensation.In case of early departure will be charged  entire stay. 

Cancellation policy:
