...Sitting comfortably at the tables on the Comacina's boat terrace, you can admire the reflections in the water of the historic Clock Tower and, not too far away, the architect Luca Danese's masterpiece, the Trepponti, the stunning seventeenth century bridge that looks onto the piazza that shares its name. At the Comacina you breath the same magical atmosphere that surrounds Comacchio and within an extremely relaxing atmosphere, you can let yourself be comforted by the Carli family's good cuisine. Gastronomy and a warm welcome are the traits that distinguish the Carli Family, who have preserved the charm of the old tradition, yet added contemporary touches. The kitchen offers its guests fish that comes exclusively from our lagoons and sea, all the freshness of home-made pasta, using traditional methods, home-made marinades and ember grilled fish. Every day Francesco the Chef and his irreplaceable collaborators Simone Invernizzi, Marcello Malservigi, Cristina Bello, prepares different dishes according to the kind of seasonal fish that is available, but "traditional" dishes from typical Comacchio cooking can also be tried: delicious, hot or cold, appetizers, excellent first courses and grilled fish and eel, finishing up with one of the desserts with care by our patisserie (semifreddos, spoon and oven baked desserts, pies and more). All within an atmosphere of simple elegance, with excellent service to take care of our guests, so as to leave them with a sweet and unforgettable memory.
